Terms and Conditions
To book a room we request a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount, any outstanding balance needs to be paid before entering the playground on the party day.
Birthday package is for up to 8 kids, if you add extra kids there will be a charge of $35 per extra kid which will be added to your due balance upon arrival.
As per our room capacity, bookings with over 12 kids won't be accepted and only a maximum of 14 adults will be allowed.
There will be a refundable $50 bond for room damage.
Request for package changes and booking reschedules must be made 7 days prior the birthday party and are subject to availability.
Cancellation or no use of your booking will result in loss of deposit.
Bookings are not transferable.
If a guest is already paid for and doesn't use the birthday invitation, no refund will apply.
Party room is for 1 hour only, time extension is subject to availability and needs to be confirmed 7 days prior booking date. 1 hour $300/30 min $150.
You will be given 15min extra before booking time to set up decorations, please note that unlimited play time starts from the time of your booking. We have this policy in place because weekends can be very busy, and we can't guarantee immediate access to the main play area. However, if it's not busy on the day, you're more than welcome to arrive earlier. Just give us a call before you leave home, and we'll be happy to let you know if early entry is available.
We reserve the right to retain your party room bond if excessive food, rubbish, or debris is left on the floors or walls, or if any damage, including holes or chipped paint, is found on the walls.
you can bring your on decorations, no holes are permitted in the wall, only blu tack or standing decorations, 15 min extra will be given for you to set up.
Catering including birthday cake must be confirmed 7 days before birthday date, catering will be delivered to the room within 10-15 min after arrival.
Not outside food is allowed ( except birthday cakes if you have a birthday booking, water bottles and baby food ) if you need extra food or drinks, we run the same cafe from the 4square next door and we allow our customers to get anything from the 4square cafe or shop to bring it into the premises, we just ask customers to collect a wristband from our reception before any purchase is made.
Unused catering will not be refunded.
