Terms and Conditions
To book a room we request a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount, any outstanding balance needs to be paid before entering the playground on the party day.
Request for package changes and booking reschedules must be made 7 days prior the birthday party and are subject to availability.
Cancellation or no use of your booking will result in loss of deposit.
Bookings are not transferable.
If a guest is already paid for and doesn't use the birthday invitation, no refund will apply.
Party room is for 1 hour only, time extension is subject to availability and needs to be confirmed 7 days prior booking date. 1 hour $300/30 min $150.
You will be given 15min extra before booking time to set up decorations, please note that unlimited play time starts from the time of your booking.
As per our room capacity, bookings with over 12 kids won't be accepted and only a maximum of 12 adults will be allowed
There will be a refundable $50 bond to pay before entry for cleaning if food or debris are found on the floor or walls.
you can bring your on decorations, no holes are permitted in the wall, only blu tack or standing decorations, 15 min extra will be given for you to set up.
Catering including birthday cake must be confirmed 7 days before birthday date, catering will be delivered to the room within 10-15 min after arrival.
No outside food is allowed (except water, birthday cakes and baby food).
Unused catering will not be refunded.
