Playground Rules

1. Monster Fun is not a child care facility, children must be supervise by parents or by a responsible adult.
2. Our playground is for children 0-12 only. Proof of age might be required.
3. Players are under the staff instructions at all time.
4. Only attempt equipment within your skill level .
5. Children must wear non slip socks at all times and adults must wear their own socks at all times; you can bring your own or buy them at the counter. For safety reasons we can not make exceptions. 
6. Long hair should be tied up.
7. Adults are not allowed to play on the equipment, however, adults can enter the playground to supervise their small ones. 
8. Play safe and respect each other! No pushing, running or wrestling.
9. Please make sure you read the instructions provided at each attraction.
10. No drink, food, balloons or toys in the play areas.
11. No climbing back up the slides.
12. No climbing on the nets inside or outside of the equipment.
13. No sharp objects.

Information

1. People attending this premise do so at their own risk, Monster Fun’s representatives and staff members do not accept any liability for any injury caused for improper use of the equipment or amenities. All accidents to be reported to reception.
2. Monster fun is a smoke, vape and alcohol free zone.
3. We don’t accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
4. Our staff reserve the right to ask anyone not following the rules to leave the premises.
5. Please make sure children use the toilet during play. If your kid wears nappies, please make sure they are wearing a fresh nappy while playing in the playground to avoid accidents.
6. Our playground is certified by Playsafe NZ as being compliant with NZ safety standards.
7. Not outside food is allowed ( except birthday cakes, water and baby food ), our menu has good healthy options to meet most requirements, however if your child has special food needs or allergies, please tell our staff.
